Space Whale

It's an alien space whale! Modeled somewhat after humpback whales. Croik mentioned something about space whales, and the thought that instantly came into my mind was "...I want to draw one." So here's my version of a space whale. A whale that swims through outer space.

I've been dissatisfied with my array of coloring techniques, so I tried something new here. I tried to imitate the way I color with paint or colored pencils, by building up from scratch and frequently changing the color of the brush. (Normally I lay a flat base color first.) And I did a bit more with the effects than I normally do, especially with the scratches on the whale's skin.
